Powers of attorney can be granted using one of these methods:
Handwriting and Signature Recognition
The client drafts the document in the presence of a notary office employee.
Upon completion, the collaborator verifies his handwriting and signature (confirming that the text and initials are authentic).
Authentication Statement
The client presents the already prepared power of attorney (handwritten or typed), and the notary's office employee prepares a statement to validate the document (the client confirms that they are aware of the content of the power of attorney and that it reflects their intention).
The client signs both the declaration and the power of attorney in the presence of the employee.
Qualification of Heirs
The notary prepares the power of attorney according to the client's instructions.
The customer only needs to sign or apply their fingerprint to the document.

Notarial Justification
